BASIC PACKAGE ViVa 24-7
VAT not included in the price.
Terms of payment: payment of pro-forma invoice at the time of signing the contract
for providing the services ViVa24-7.
BASIC PACKAGE ViVa 24-7
Consists of delivery and fitting in of the following equipment:
- one camera resolution 640x480,
- one label for video surveillance warning,
Settings:
- settings of software and installation of the delivered equipment,
- settings of range and time for alarm alerting,
- www access over internet (from any computer or telephone),
- settings of electronic informing when the alarm is triggered (e-mail),
- setting of internet connections with server (the subscriber must have a high quality and fast internet connection).
Provided services:
- two day period of events' archiving (max.2GB) at remote server,
- transfer of 60 pictures per minute to the server.
If the subscriber does not have appropriate modem/router, company J-Lab d.o.o. can offer one free of charge for the period of contract duration.
Travel expenses is paid separately.
PACKAGE ViVa 24-7 M+ (w/ install.)
VAT not included in the price.
Terms of payment: 70% while signing the contract for
services ViVa24-7, 30% at the time of delivery.

consists of delivery and fitting in of the following equipment:
- one camera resolution 640x480 (installation up to 3,5m height),
- one label for video surveillance warning,
- electrical and communication installation (up to 10m)
Settings:
- settings of software and installation of the delivered equipment,
- settings of range and time for alarm alerting,
- www access over internet (from any computer or telephone),
- settings of electronic informing when the alarm is triggered (e-mail),
- setting of internet connections with server (the subscriber must have a high quality and fast internet connection).

The subscriber binds to the Contract for providing the services Viva 24-7 with buying of ViVa 24-7 package. The contract must be signed before equipment delivery. With this we assure, besides simultaneous monitoring and archives overview, general maintenance of software and computer equipment which contains:
- availability, maintenance and upgrading of software and computer equipment on J-Lab d.o.o. company servers,
- spare parts for computer equipment,
- necessary upgrading of software equipment and active computer equipment,
- assuring of capacity activities on server ViVa 24-7,
- free space (2GB) on server for saving your data,
- assuring functionality of server for access to the archives,
- archiving of shots for the last two days (max.2GB),
- availability of active equipment for system ViVa24-7,
- four times a year settings and changes of settings of the range of alarm activity/alarm triggering (for example moving at the door, window, cashier...),
- six times a year resetting of time for alarm turning on and off (for example turning on from-to: for ex. at 10PM and turning off at 06AM),
- two times a year changes of e-mail,
- installation and setting up the internet browser once a year for one computer,
- once a year changing of settings for the internet access due to changes in internet provider,
- informing to e-mail in case of alarm (if there is a lack of electricity or internet connection),
- informing to e-mail in case of event-movement which happened within the arranged space,
- monthly subscription which includes all that is stated above costs 33 €,
- equipment warranty for 24 months,
- contract about delivery of services ViVa 24-7 is signed for 24 months.
Extra charge for camera which has higher resolution:
- colour mega pixel IP camera, resolution up to 1280 x 1024 270€
- 2- mega pixel IP camera, resolution up to 1600x1200330€
